Renewable energy innovations in Uganda are revolutionizing our world. Solar panels harness sunlight, wind turbines capture the wind’s kinetic energy, and hydroelectric dams utilize flowing water. Emerging technologies like advanced battery storage and tidal energy offer promising solutions.
The shortage of food as a result of the adverse effects of climate change is being solved by the use of innovative smart agriculture methods. One of them is the greenhouse hydroponics system, which uses shallow underground water to keep supplying plants throughout the growing period. Also, the fact that the climate changes migration and decreases the amount of accessible acres for agriculture has brought to the fore a new system, “landless farming”. This way makes the people who are negatively affected by climate change to be able to do their farming and grow the right food even with less or no access to farmland.
